Our Weight Loss Program
Our weight loss program is ideal because it teaches clients the importance of following a healthy lifestyle consisting of a proper diet, physical activity, and behavioral modification.
Our program is individually customized and to take into account your medical and personal history. During the initial phase, we use a modified ketogenic diet, along with FDA approved appetite suppressants for those who qualify.
The first month of our program promotes a rapid weight loss as a result of the aforementioned diet and prescribed medications. This initial loss will only increase clients' motivation to persevere with a long term plan. Please note that if you have certain medical conditions, the physician will place you on an appropriate diet catered to your needs. Meal replacements and protein supplements are also available for those who have a busy schedule.
Most patients lose approximately 2-3 pounds per week; some can lose 3-7 pounds per week with more aggressive approaches. After you have accomplished your weight loss goal, our maintenance program will help you sustain your weight loss in order to continue a healthy lifestyle.
You will be advised on nutrition and lifestyle changes for maintaining your long term weight control. By using appetite suppressants, in addition to a healthy diet and exercise, you will achieve effective and long-lasting results.
In addition, we also provide natural appetite suppressants and fat burners for those who do not qualify for the prescription suppressants.
The most unique and important part of our program is that every client will be seen by our medical director at every visit for the highest quality of care and attention.
Initial Visit includes:
Complete History and Physicial by physician
Blood Pressure Reading
Body Weight, Height, Waist Circumference, BMI
Complete Body Composition Analysis
Comprehensive Blood Panel for those who will need medications
FDA Approved Appetite Suppressants (for those qualified)
One-on-one counseling for eating habits and exercise plan
Follow-up visits are weekly in the initial phases of active weight loss.
Follow up visits consist of:
Blood pressure reading and body weight
Consultation with the physician and medications if needed
